The pricing for international shipments is determined during checkout. We aim to ship all available items within 1-3 days from the date of your order. If you require faster delivery, please contact us via email, and we will make every effort to meet your request.

Please note: that the shipping costs displayed at checkout do not include any local customs or duties fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer. We ask you to contact your local customs office for more information about potential duties and taxes prior to placing your order, to avoid unanticipated fees. 

By law, we must display the full product price on the package and cannot amend it to decrease the resulting duties and taxes.  If you refuse to accept the order, you are responsible for original delivery charges and any duties and taxes incurred on the order. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Should you not receive your order, please contact us within 10 days from dispatch. After that, we cannot guarantee a refund. 

Ensure to check product details as some items are pre-order only and therefore may have different lead times which are specified on the product page.
