*All items on sale cannot be returned*

You can return your order to us new, unused and with all the Via Ciauri garment tags attached within 14 days after receipt. We will issue a refund after we have received and examined the garment. Returns that do not comply with this policy will be sent back. 

Shipping and return postage is your responsibility. If you are located outside the U.K. you are also responsible for duties and taxes. The items are your responsibility until signed by us, meaning any products lost in transit during the return will not be refunded. 

Refunds will be processed 3 - 14 days after we receive the return.

1. Print and fill out the returns form

2. Ensure returns form alongside printed sales receipt (if applicable) is placed inside original packaging 

3. Seal packaging and ship to the below address at your local post office
