Our SS25 collection derives from Mongibello, an ancient Sicilian word for Mount Etna, Europe’s largest active volcano and a symbol of maternal strength. Surrounding communities hold onto artisan traditions passed down among generations. Tombolo, an ancient preserved lace-making craft, continues to be handmade in a few of these communities today. Via Ciauri’s SS25 collection shares a unique glimpse of this delicate and resilient craft, honouring the dedication of the women who continue to preserve this tradition.
